YOUR INFORMATION MATTERS

Privacy & document security.

This notice explains how this website handles your introduction and detailed intake and documents. For questions about your records, contact Michelle Williams Tax at 951-251-1130.

Information you choose to share

The introduction form asks for your name, email address, phone number, tax year, service interest, and preferred contact method. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details, or sensitive tax information in the message field. Share tax documents through your private portal or directly with the office.

The optional detailed intake collects household, spouse, dependent, business, identification, and banking details relevant to your situation. You may choose to provide identifying numbers and documents in person. Draft answers are saved to your private account, and submitted versions are retained so the office can review changes.

How your information is used

Your information is provided to the office to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs, and manage follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or establish a tax preparation engagement. The office will discuss the scope of any services with you.

Document access

Uploaded documents and client details are encrypted in storage. Documents are not published at public URLs. Access requires an verified client account or staff sign-in. Client accounts use a password and an emailed verification code. Staff use individual accounts with authenticator verification. Access and PDF exports are logged. Portal invitations expire after 24 hours and can be redeemed once; client sessions expire after two hours. Keep your invitation private and sign out on shared devices.

You can download a masked PDF or a print-and-bring copy with blank sensitive fields. A downloaded or printed copy is outside the portal’s automatic hiding controls; keep it private and bring completed sensitive paperwork directly to the office.

Cookies and third-party links

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. This website does not store your tax documents in your browser’s local storage. Links to maps, Instagram, and other websites are subject to those providers’ own privacy practices.

Questions, corrections, and record requests

Call the office to request a correction or discuss access to, retention of, or deletion of your records. Any applicable recordkeeping obligations will be considered by the office. Please do not email sensitive documents or identity numbers.
